• Strict Access Isolation: This spreadsheet is private, fully encrypted, and strictly accessible only by authorized members of the internal Click-wise management team.
• No External Sharing: We do not sell, lease, rent, or trade your contact details with any third-party marketing companies.

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purpose for which it was gathered:

• General inquiries or proposal requests that do not result in a formal commercial contract are entirely purged from our sheets within twelve (12) months.
• Data linked to active client partnerships is moved to secure internal CRM/accounting files and retained for the duration required by standard Greek tax legislation and accounting frameworks.

You retain full sovereignty over your data. At any point, you can exercise the following rights:

• Right of Access: Request a complete copy of the data logs we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request immediate corrections to mistaken or outdated data.
• Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request the complete deletion of your data from our spreadsheet databases.
